Welcome to FlowGolem (referred to herein as the “Site,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of and access to our suite of tools and services, including but not limited to:
- Einvoicing Tool for generating e-invoices in UBL XML format (primarily for submission to Malaysia’s LHDN servers).
- Image Generation & Inpainting Tools for creating AI-generated images and performing inpainting edits.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
2.1 Einvoicing Tool
Our einvoicing tool facilitates generating UBL XML invoices for compliance with Malaysian e-invoicing standards. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every generated invoice or XML file will fully meet all local or international tax regulations. It is your responsibility to review and verify invoice data, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
2.2 Image Generation & Inpainting Tools
Our image-generation and inpainting tools allow users to create and edit AI-generated images. By using these tools, you acknowledge that final images may contain content generated by artificial intelligence. You are solely responsible for the content you create, submit, edit, or distribute using these tools. This includes ensuring that images do not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
2.3 Additional Services
We may introduce new features or tools at our discretion. Any such additions are covered by these Terms unless otherwise specified.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
3.1 Registration
To use certain features, you may be required to create a user account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate.
- Maintain the security of your password.
- Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials.
3.3 Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for other legitimate reasons (e.g., fraudulent activity, non-compliance with legal requirements).
4. PAYMENT AND BILLING
4.1 Subscription Plans and Credits
Certain features or tools may require a subscription plan or the purchase of credits. All fees are due in accordance with the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
4.2 Stripe Integration
Payments are processed by Stripe or other designated payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by Stripe’s terms and conditions. We do not store your full credit card or payment details on our servers.
4.3 Refund Policy
We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
5. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Service, strictly in accordance with these Terms and any accompanying documentation.
5.2 Our Intellectual Property
All software code, text, images, trademarks, logos, and other materials associated with our Site and Service are the property of FlowGolem or its licensors. You retain any intellectual property rights to the content (e.g., images, invoice data) you create or upload, subject to the following conditions:
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
- You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload or share such content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
6. USER CONDUCT
6.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes upon third-party rights.
- Exploit vulnerabilities of the Service or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service, except as permitted by law.
- Use automated systems (e.g., scraping tools) that excessively request data or burden our infrastructure.
6.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through the Service. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any user-submitted content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.
7. DISCLAIMERS
7.1 General Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Third-Party Integrations
We may integrate or link to third-party services such as Stripe or external APIs. We do not guarantee the availability or reliability of these third-party services and are not responsible for any losses resulting from their use.
7.3 Accuracy of Outputs
While our tools aim to generate accurate data, we make no guarantee regarding completeness, correctness, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee that AI generated content will meet user expectations or be free from objectionable material. We are not liable for any legal claims arising from the use, modification, or distribution of AI-generated content.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE (OR OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlowGolem and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and any associated data.
11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Singapore.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlowGolem regarding the Service, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
